1.Drawings provided by the client for product development.

2.GP works out the 3-D model according to the drawings provided. Then GP requires the factory to carry on the sample making according to the drawings and 3-D flow chart.

3.Back of the headboard which is designed by GP for the client.

4.The factory carries on the mass production according to the sample confirmed by GP.After the inspection by GP,the following problems were found.

For item A,the buttons are not pressed deep enough.

For item B,thetigheness of the strings are not reasonable. 

But the problems are solved after reworking.
