International Business Department

• Contacting overseas companies, and translating, concluding and passing the information of overseas companies to all departments in Great Progress.
• Trailing the making of sample and the production process, and reporting to the overseas companies timely when any problems occur during the production process.
• Serving as the Chinese secretariat of overseas companies.

Order Comprehensive Handling Center

• The Order Comprehensive Handling Center is the core of production. Led by director Tony, this team systematically manages the coordination of related technical problems, selection of raw materials, design of production techniques and international trade for each new product
• development project required by our clients and each order from our clients. In order be more meticulous in our work and better deal with each order, we involve in this center all department managers from our Design Department, Technical Department and QC Department.
• Order comprehensive handling is the soul of furniture manufacturing. In Asia, there are few trading companies or factories setting up such kind of center. Even in Europe and North America, such centers are seldom seen in small-and-medium size companies. We boast ourselves of having colleagues who are experienced in both manufacturing and international trade in this center, and hold it as a major advantage of Great Progress. Design Department

• Designing new products all the year round, and offering innovative products for the selection of global customers
• Designing customized products based on the concept or sketches offered by the customers.
• Providing customers with customized furniture design proposals for hotel and project order clients in accord with their requirements on style.

Technical & Craft Department

• Working out product structures both for our Design Department and for our customers.
• Studying and digesting the pictures, drawings and quality requirement of the overseas customers.
• Conveying Customers¡¯ requirements to the workshops, guiding them to make samples, and inspecting whether the samples are as required after they are finished.
• Before mass production, providing workshops with technical information, production techniques and drawings for manufacturing.
• Authorized by our Customers to manage the appointed manufacturers, we will, on behalf of our client, solve any technical or quality problems met during the production.
• Authorized by our Customers to manage the appointed manufacturers, we will, on behalf of our client, provide the factory with training if they cannot settle related technical problems or they find it difficult to make the Customer¡¯s products.

QC Department

• Establishing quality standard for each item based on Customers¡¯ requirements and the convention of furniture industry.
• Conveying the quality standard to the workshops before mass production, and requiring them to produce according to this standard.
• During mass production, monitoring the whole production processes and checking if the factory manufacture the products with required materials; Carrying out 100% inspection on products on the packing line.
